Describe teams in your company having access to data
The only people with access to the data are as follows:
Account manager (Mark Waddington) - for managing the account
Head developer (Alex Chunyaev) - for any technical issues, and maintaining the system
Describe third parties/providers/clients/subcontractors/etc. having access to data or to your servers, including for technical support
Rackspace, AWS and codeguard store the system data.
Do you calculate aggregated and/or anonymized data from our data?
Not applicable
Do you follow a purge procedure when data is deleted? Do you purge [ delete/remove?] data automatically or manually?
We don't delete client data. This is up to the client make sure you delete the data from the system as required. Once deleted the backups will be deleted automatically after 30 days.
Is data purging performed on all mediums?
Upon special request we can purge data from server and backups
Do you or your third parties drop cookies on users' browsers?
PHPSESSID - php's internal session cookie and sid - for storing StaffWise session.
PHPSESSID for store PHP session ID and REMEMBERME to store session ID for people who ask system to keep them logged
Do you process card data, or do you manage websites having online payment capabilities for our account?
Not applicable. We do not have payment capabilities with our platform
