Importing jobs
Creating a job import file

Below explains the format for your job import file and the required columns:
- Client
- Enter the client's name
- If this is not in the system it will be added
- Mandatory
- Job Name (Required)
- Add the job name
- Mandatory
- Anon Job Name (Not required)
- Job name for the staffarea Job Market
- Use this to hide client and brand names
- Job Code
- This is mandatory if
- You are going to import one schedule across multiple jobs. See: Importing a schedule into multiple jobs
- You are importing jobs via the FTP import. See: Importing via FTP
- This is mandatory if
- Job Type
- Enter the job type
- If this is not in the system it will be added
- Not mandatory
- Account Manager Name
- Enter the account manager's name for this job
- Account Manager Email
- Enter the account manager's email address for this job
- Not mandatory
- Account Manager Phone
- Enter the account manager's phone number for this job
- Not mandatory
Importing multiple jobs

This job import will allow you to import multiple jobs. To import your schedule to your multiple jobs:
- Go to Jobs > Import job(s)
- Now click on Choose file under CSV File
- Choose your file and press Open
- If you have not changed the header row in the template all the columns will auto-match with the corresponding dropdowns
- Click Submit and your jobs will import
