Refer a Friend Scheme Terms and Conditions

Staffwise – Refer a Friend Scheme - SW250UK

Eligibility: The Refer a Friend scheme is open to individuals who are existing customers of Staffwise and who refer new customers to Staffwise.

Referral Process: To participate, the existing customer ("Referrer") must share their unique referral code provided by Staffwise with their friends or family members ("Referee"). The Referee must sign up or make a purchase using the referral link provided by the Referrer.

Reward: Upon successful referral, both the Referrer and the Referee may be eligible for a reward, which will be determined and communicated by Staffwise. The reward may vary depending on the promotion and will be outlined in the promotional materials.

Qualifying Referral: A qualifying referral is defined as a new customer who completes a purchase using the referral code provided by the Referrer, meets any eligibility criteria set by Staffwise and does not cancel their purchase within the specified cancellation period and agrees to a minimum of 2 admin licences.

Limitations: The Referrer may refer multiple friends or family members, but may only receive a reward for referrals that meet the qualifying criteria. Staffwise reserves the right to limit the number of referrals that a Referrer can make or the total rewards earned under the scheme.

Reward Redemption: Rewards earned under the Refer a Friend scheme may be subject to additional terms and conditions, including expiration dates and restrictions on use. Staffwise will provide instructions on how to redeem rewards, which may include gift cards, discounts, or other incentives.

Modification and Termination: Staffwise reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Refer a Friend scheme at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the terms and conditions will be effective immediately upon posting on the Staffwise website or other promotional materials.

Compliance: Participants in the Refer a Friend scheme must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as these terms and conditions. Any misuse, fraud, or abuse of the scheme may result in disqualification and forfeiture of rewards.

Privacy: By participating in the Refer a Friend scheme, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information for the purposes of administering the scheme and communicating with participants about their referrals and rewards.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Refer a Friend scheme shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

By participating in the Refer a Friend scheme, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
