Emission Tracker (OPTIONAL)

Adding your methods of transport to and from your shift

• Go to Emission Tracker in the main nagivation menu
  
• Here you will see your jobs that need their methods of transport, to and from the destination, tracked
  
• Click on a button to start adding your route
  
• Click on Add New
  
• If you take the same methods of transport each day you can now select which of those shifts are the exact same so you can enter the details in one go
  
• Once selected click Next
  
• You will now be asked to enter the address you are travelling from for those selected shifts. You can automaically add your home address by clicking the blue link below the textfield. Or you can enter a new address
  
• Once you enter an address above you are now automatically shown the following block to add your methods of transport
  
  • If you take one method only from your start to end destination add your trasnport method where it says Select method from here and then move onto the next block
  • If you take more than one method of transport from your start to your end destination then select Add address for a transport method change
    
  • You can now add another address whereby you will finish your first method of transport
    
  • Continue to Add address for a transport method change until you have completed your journey. A typical journey example may look something like this
    
  • You now have to complete your return journey in the next block
    
    • If your return journey uses the same methods of transport as you used to get to your destination but in reverse simply select Yes here
    • If your return journey is different select No here and add the return journey as you did for the outward bound journey
  • When you are happy with the details you have added press Submit
