Adding a contract signatory
To ensure you can create signed contracts make sure to add a contract signatory. See: Contract signatory
Veiwing staff contracts
- Go to a Staff profile
- Go to Main details > Contact
- You can view and print the contract by clicking on View contract
- A typical contract may look like this

- Red
- Taken from the Terms, Privacy, Consent and Opt-ins you added you the system.
- From top to bottom:
- Staffarea consent, terms, or opt-in label
- Please add the terms copy here
- 'I Agree' text
- Blue
- Taken from the Company and contact information

- Company name
- Incorporated in
- Company number
- Address
- Green
- Taken from the Contract signatory
- See: Contract signatory
- Yellow
- Taken from their acceptance of the Terms, Privacy, Consent, and Opt-ins
- You can view this signature on their Staff Profile > Terms tab
- Pink
- Date and/or time stamp of when they agreed to these Terms, Privacy, Consent, and Opt-ins
- You can view this date and time stamp on their Staff Profile > Terms tab
