Creating a job specific contract

To set up a job-specific contract:

  • Go to Settings > Staff registration > Terms, Privacy, Consent and Opt-ins > Edit
  • Click on + Add New
  • Within the Type Required block, you must ensure the following options are selected so that it can be used as a job contract only, and for it to strictly not show on the staff registration:

Assigning a job specific contract to a job

To assign a contract to a job:

  • When adding a new job, you must select the contract from the list on the Shift settings and options tab

Staff process for signing a job specific contract

The process is as follows:

  • You must ensure that either the [[shift]] or [[confirmation_link]] email tag is in the booking confirmation email
    • You can add by using this button:
  • Staff will receive their booking confirmation email and within the list of terms and opt-ins assigned to this job to be confirmed they will see a note on the contract stating *Signature required*
  • Upon clicking I CONFIRM MY BOOKING the staff will be presented with the contract to review, agree and submit.
  • Upon pressing submit the staff will be asked to add their signature
  • Upon submitting their signature the staff have now confirmed their shift
  • They now have the option to view the contract and download a PDF for their records

Viewing the status and signed contract

Upon staff confirming their shifts and signing their contract via their booking confirmation email you can view the status of this confirmation on the shifts page via the booking confirmation status block:

The regular confirmation tick will be replaced with a pen icon to signify there is a contract for this job.
