Viewing your staff registration applications

You can view the staff that have finished their registration process on the dashboard in the Staff Overview section. These staff will now be in the Applied staff status awaiting action to approve or decline their application.

You can click on each of the following:

  • Current staff > Applied
    • This will show you a complete list of staff that have finished their application and are now set as Applied
    • You can click this status to go to the complete list of staff
  • New applicants
    • You can click to see all Applied staff by:
      • Today - Finished registration today
      • Previous week - Finished registration within the previous week
      • Previous month - Finished registration within the previous month
      • All - All staff that have finished their registration
  • Recently applied staff
    • These are individual staff that have finished their registration within the last 30 days.
    • You can click each to go directly to their staff profile

View and approve staff ID & RTW documents

You must first approve their Identification and Right to Work documents.

  • Go to these Staff profile > ID & Right To Work tab
  • Click on View file on each of the documents to view and approve
  • You will now view the image and document details
  • Check the tickbox to approve the document
  • Then press OK to save this into the document log
    • You can click View log to see the historic official log of document approvals

Accepting and declining new applicants

To Accept or Decline a staff registration application you will need to go to the staff profile and will need to use the following buttons and tabs:

  • To individually accept or decline a staff registration application:
    • First, you must approve their ID and RTW documents. See Approve ID & RTW documents
    • Go to the Staff profile
    • In the top left of the page, you will see buttons to Accept or Decline the staff application
    • Upon clicking to accept it will first prompt you will be prompted to add notes if required which will be stored under the notes tab
      • You will also be prompted if the identification for this person's Right to work is not approved
    • Press OK
    • You will then be prompted to send the Staff application successful email to the staff
  • Approved staff profile will be automatically changed to the status of Active

Accepting or declining staff registrations applications in bulk

To accept or decline staff registration applications in bulk

  • Search for all your staff in the Applied staff status. You can access this list
    • Via the Staff overview > Applied status link on the Dashboard
    • Via a Staff Search applying the Applied staff status filter
  • Select the staff in the list you want to Accept or Decline
  • Then use With Selected > Approve applications or With Selected > Decline applications
