Adding a contract signatory

To ensure you can create signed contracts make sure to add a contract signatory. See: Contract signatory

Veiwing staff contracts

  • Go to a Staff profile
  • Go to Main details > Contact
  • You can view and print the contract by clicking on View contract
  • A typical contract may look like this

Contract contents explained

  • Red
    • Taken from the Terms, Privacy, Consent and Opt-ins you added you the system.
    • From top to bottom:
      • Staffarea consent, terms, or opt-in label
      • Please add the terms copy here
      • 'I Agree' text
  • Blue
  • Green
  • Yellow
    • Taken from their acceptance of the Terms, Privacy, Consent, and Opt-ins
    • You can view this signature on their Staff Profile > Terms tab
  • Pink
    • Date and/or time stamp of when they agreed to these Terms, Privacy, Consent, and Opt-ins
    • You can view this date and time stamp on their Staff Profile > Terms tab
