20 hour work week

For staff that are not allowed to work longer than 20 hours in a single week, you can be alerted at the time of booking if the total hours are going to exceed 20 in any given week.

To enable alerts for staff:

  • Go to the Staff profile > ID & Right To Work
  • Scroll down to the block labelled 20 hour work week
  • Tick the checkbox labelled Show alerts for 20 hour work week

When you book staff flagged as a 20-hour work week and the total hours in a week will exceed this limit you will see the following message:

  • Press OK to continue with the booking
  • Press Cancel to cancel the booking
