Change booking status

What is 'Change booking status'?

  • In 'Change booking status' you will be update the following:
    • The rates, subs, max expenses allowed, bonus, deductions
    • Shift start, finish time, break minutes, break paid
    • Booking status
  • To use this go to Locations / Shifts go to the shift and click on Options > Change booking status.
  • The following dialogue will appear:

Updating the times via Locations / Shifts > Change booking status

  • When in the 'Change booking status' dialogue click on an individual time to change those specific shift start and stop times, or click on 'Change all' to change all the times in the shift list
  • You can then change the start time, finish time, break minutes and break paid accordingly
  • Once updated the old and new details will be shown as follows

Updating the rates via Locations / Shifts > Change booking status

  • When in the 'Change booking status' dialogue click on an individual rate to change those specific shift rates, or click on 'Change all' to change all the rates in the shifts list
  • You can then change the rate, subs, max expenses, bonus and deductions
  • Once updated the old and new details will be shown as follows

  • When in the 'Change booking status' the last column represents the booking status for each shift:
  • To change the booking status:
    • Use the top dropdown above the header bar to change all shift booking statuses at once
    • Use each shift dropdown to change each shift booking status individually
