Unbooking staff from shifts

Under Locatons/Shifts for each campaign you go to Options > Remove staff from shift:

A new popup will open so you can:

  • Select the 'removal staff from shift' email template
  • Select the shifts to remove the staff from
  • Select a reason for removal and add any notes

You can select the email template here using this dropdown:

You can click 'Add to templates' to add another template. Details for adding email templates: Manage email templates

Select the shifts to remove the staff from using the toggle switches:

 

Select a reason for removal and add any notes

To the right you will see a list of reasons. You can manage these reasons in settings: Shift evaluation/removal from shift

The following removal reasons are linked to the compliance report (Compliance report):

  • DNS
  • Dropped out over 24 hours notice
  • Dropped out 24 hours notice/day before
  • Dropped out on the day
